    We get on a recorded video call — 60 to 90 minutes. I interview you the way a journalist interviews a source. I go through your website, your content, your offers, everything. I hear things you might not pick up. Things AI won't catch.

    I ask hard questions. It will get uncomfortable. There are often tears, usually followed by laughs, as we hit on the hard stuff — the reasons why you do what you do when you could make money doing almost anything else.

    Then I build your ICP. A full narrative document — not a demographic sheet, a living breathing human being on paper that you can see, feel, and write to every single day.

    Then we bring in AI. And here's how that actually works.

    Think of AI like an empty canvas. It can do almost anything you ask it to, but it has no personality. Your job is to fill it with everything you know about your ideal client — their fears, their preferences, their voice — so it can help you speak to them consistently. We feed it your business, your story, your best client interactions and your worst. Everything that helps it understand how to create language that doesn't just sound like you — it helps the world self-select in or out.

    Keep one conversation going. Add client reviews, new offers, content, stories. It will continually learn if you teach it. But if you don't, it will suck ass and require you to either spend a ton more time making your content authentic — or just sound like shit.
